the left channel emerged in 2004 as an all-improv studio experiment. After over a year of recording in a cabin in the Colorado mountains with an ever-evolving line-up, the band's voice crystallized into a songwriting partnership between Scott Hill (bass, vocals) and Dan Groves (guitar). The duo began producing a record utterly unique in its genre - rock and roll influences flowing spontaneously through smooth, subliminal, psychedelic space.
With their debut album, Technicolor Horizons, the left channel delivers brutally honest lyrics, swimming in a sea of psychedelic guitar, wrapped in a bass-heavy undertow.
